Some paintings tell you exactly what they are. These don't — and that's the point.

My abstract and semi-abstract works are built on instinct: bold marks, unexpected colour, and a willingness to let the canvas lead. The result is painting that feels alive, unresolved in the best possible way.

At the heart of — and start of — this collection is a series inspired by the psychological phenomenon of Pareidolia — the mind's compulsion to find recognisable forms within chaos. Look long enough and figures emerge from the paint: crowds, faces, movement. It's not a trick. It's how we're wired.
