Warning. A poetry inspired painting.

This painting was inspired by a poem.

The poem by Jenny Joseph is titled Warning which begins:- 

When I am an old woman I shall wear purple
With a red hat which doesn’t go, and doesn’t suit me.

The poem is well worth reading if you are a bit of a rebel with a wicked sense of humour.
